Set up of an Energy Information System for MEH

The objective of the project was to provide the Ministry of Energy and Hydrocarbon of Madagascar (MEH) with tools for energy planning and decision making. In this regard, the project aimed at the creation of an information system for monitoring the changes in statistics about energy and allowing the actors of the energy sector to plan future investments on the basis of these data. The main indicators of interest were the following: supply and demand of electricity, biomass energy and oil products, access of the population to the energy services and energy efficiency.
