In a second step, a detailed plan for optimizing and re-configuring of the accounting systems was elaborated together with the partner organizations in order to fulfill the The Global Fund requirements concerning transaction coding and automated enhanced financial reporting. Finally, the consultants monitored the implementation of the re-customization during several missions at site.
