Our Approach

System Analysis
The first step is a detailed analysis of the existing accounting system configuration. If existing accounting systems can be optimised to meet donor requirements, GFA B.I.S. consultants customise the client’s accounting software to facilitate efficient, automated reporting.

System Implementation
If an existing accounting system cannot be sufficiently optimised, GFA B.I.S. consultants monitor or assist in the implementation of a new system that meets donor requirements. To ensure a smooth transition while the new system is not yet fully operational, our services include the optional implementation of a temporary accounting system at the partner organisation.
